We may be IT geeks but all of us have also worked extensively in industrial environments for many years with responsibility for sales and output. We know that your business needs to focus on production without allowing the tail to wag the dog. By default, Cloud based systems are much more robust and secure when compared to on-premise systems and that is why we manage them exclusively. All you need to get started is a device and an internet connection.
We use the entire suite of Microsoft products ourselves so we know them and their capability backwards, including Microsoft Telephony Products, which we also endorse.
