Dedomena have invested in the premier Robotic Processing tools and can process your transactions automatically. This does not mean that we no longer keep a human eye on what is happening but, in our opinion, robotics do the bulk of transactions at least as well as the average human operator.
Our interest in this area commenced when we had to delete 5000 items manually for a client at 20 seconds per transaction. Conventionally this would have cost over £400. Instead it was £35 programming costs and £35 monitoring - an 80% reduction. Additionally, our experience has shown that these repetitive tasks are not the greatest use of humans for transactions and robotic processing is more accurate. The robot is never bored - or tired either!
